Ashton Animal Clinic SMS Service
- Service Description: Ashton Animal Clinic will be sending appointment confirmations, reminders (appointment and medical), as well as real-time text messages.
- Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the text number. After you text STOP to us, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you will need to sign up to begin receiving SMS messages again.
- Getting Help: If you are experiencing issues with messaging, you can reply HELP for assistance. You can also receive direct assistance by emailing [email protected].
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from us. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text and data plan, please contact your wireless carrier.
